Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so at least 48 hours before appointment *
Providing LESS than a 48 hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment will result in a surrender of your deposit and you will be charged for full service amount*
No-Show appointments will result in an automatic forfeit of your deposit as well as full service amount.
Moving forward, you will no longer be able to book*
